The introductory offer provides a free unlimited trial for the first month. Post the trial period, Answer Cloud offers various monthly plans starting from $0.99/month, including a complimentary month with unrestricted minutes during the subscription.

Answer Cloud caters to both individual users and organizations of varied sizes. It supports automated voicemail forwarding to email or Slack channels for efficient communication handling.

Important Information:

• To utilize Answer Cloud, forwarding unanswered calls to the specified number is required. While most carriers support this feature, some exceptions like T-Mobile Prepaid may not. Contact your carrier for confirmation or reach out to support@answer-cloud.com.
• Be mindful that forwarded calls to Answer Cloud might incur charges based on individual carrier policies. Refer to your carrier for specific details.
• The transcription service is available for English voicemails; however, transcription quality may vary depending on different factors.

Monthly Plans:

All monthly plans come with a free first month and can be canceled at any time. The offerings include:

• 30 minutes - $0.99/month (approx. one voicemail a day)
• 120 minutes - $2.99/month (approx. 2-4 voicemails daily)
• 600 minutes - $4.99/month (up to 20 voicemails a day)

Institutions using Answer Cloud for Work can opt for shared minutes plans by contacting support@answer-cloud.com. Minutes are only billed for calls leading to voicemails, with a call duration cap of 2 minutes per call.

During the free trial or under an active plan, users receive a single "grace" month with unlimited minutes for personal use, defined as around 900 minutes or voicemails.

Subscription Details:

The subscription automatically renews after the trial period, with fees applying based on the selected plan. Manage subscriptions through your device's settings or within the app to cancel renewal or upgrade your plan accordingly.
